Restarting the computer was always able to fix it most of the time for good. But sometimes maybe 2 or 3 times per week for the last couple months the tops of my browsers are cut off when maximized on the main monitor. Adjust the two sliders until the the screen fits. I just started using an HDTV as a monitor today its the only display i have with an hdmi. Disconnect and then reconnect the power cord.
